Integrated as standard in all our welding systems, STIRlytics gives you full control over your FSW processes at any time. The software is a central tool and enables real-time monitoring and visualization of all welding and machine parameters by continuously analyzing measurement data and by instantly identifying deviations or optimization opportunities. Potential issues thus become visible during the process and can be corrected immediately before they affect component quality. Furthermore, the software ensures complete traceability of every single part: welding data, machine parameters, tool and part numbers are automatically documented and archived for each weld in a report within seconds, meeting the highest standards for documentation and audit compliance. STIRlytics goes one step further: The latest generation enables setpoint-actual comparisons and envelope curves of force profiles and visualizes the current welding path directly on the component. Any deviations or anomalies are clearly highlighted to the operator on the IPC – including visual illustration in the affected area. This allows targeted preventive measures to be initiated immediately, ensuring both quality and productivity.
