ranging from high-performance FSW machines for HV inverters to full EV battery traysWith our FSW machines, you get a quality product made in Austria. It combines reliable and robust system design with in-depth process knowledge and innovative concepts. Our portfolio includes various machine series with up to 5 axes and a possible part size of up to 2,200x1,500 mm. The individually designed pneumatic clamping system ensures precise positioning and fixing of the welded parts to achieve the best results. An additional touch panel allows the machine operator to query process parameters and operating data quickly and easily. Our STIRlytics process software realizes the quality monitoring including process data acquisition. Together with the FSW machines, we develop and manufacture process-optimized FSW tools that have a long service life and low tool wear and contribute to obtaining high-quality weld seams.
